ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

For many years, my wife and children had watched me leave for
other countries, with the suitcase and laptop in hand. Weeks later,
they welcomed me back with the same love and enthusiasm they
had when I left. This book is dedicated to them, for no person can
achieve their full potential without support and encouragement
from their friends and family. Their undying strength that such
people provide inspires and sustains me. To be married to your
best friend and have the blessing of an incredible family is
something no person can take for granted or ever deserve. I have
received in life, more than I could ever have dreamed, much better
than I deserved. For God's goodness and the goodness, kindness,
and understanding of each of my family and friends, I am
genuinely grateful.
