Location The subject property is situated in Sunbury-on-Thames in the county of
Surrey. The town lies approximately 15 miles west of Central London,
13 miles south of Slough, 6 miles east of Chertsey and 3 miles north of
Walton-on-Thames.
It is situated to the west of Sunbury-on-Thames town centre on the
eastern side of Windmill Road (A244) in a mixed use area of
predominantly office and residential buildings with nearby occupiers
including NatWest, Assa Abloy, Data Solutions and European
Asbestos Services.
Description The subject property comprises a modern detached two storey office
building known as ‘Monkey Puzzle House’. It is of steel portal frame
construction with brick elevations beneath a pitched and tiled roof
estimated to have been constructed in the 1980’s arranged over
ground and first floors.
