Pandit Ram Kishore Shukla was a prominent Indian
politician and freedom fighter born on September 4,
1923, in Beohari, Madhya Pradesh. He served multiple
terms in the legislative assembly, representing the
Socialist Party and Indian National Congress. Shukla
held key positions, including Speaker and Deputy
Speaker of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly,
and Minister of Finance and Law. He was known for his
exceptional speaking skills and parliamentary
expertise, representing India in Commonwealth
Parliamentary Association conventions. Shukla
significantly shaped the legislative assembly,
advocated for live telecasts of parliamentary meetings,
and contributed to educational institutions. He passed
away on December 11, 2003, at 80, due to a cerebral
