Given the perceived complexity, speed and uncertainty of changes, our
predominate approach to things has become more inward-looking, and
resistance to apply qualitative holistic lens to work. How can we encourage our
colleagues to be more open-minded and strategically collaborate to make
meaningful impacts to our key stakeholders (and ourselves)?
