This book started with a need.
At some point in our lives we

all feel grief of some sort. While
we are doing so there are

multitudes of people who try to
help us. Some are helpful, and
some do not mean to be less

helpful but say the wrong thing
or miss noticing our needs.

In this book we will look at
what we can probably avoid
when talking to the grieving

and a few things we can say or
do that might make things a

little better. In the end, we all
just want to find a way to
navigate grief and help those

that are experiencing it.
