i)     To assist employees to function more effectively in their present as well as future
                         positions  by exposing them  to the latest concepts,  information and techniques
                         and developing skills that would be required in their particular field.

                  ii)    To  improve  /  change  the  attitude  of  people  towards  work,  organization, goal,
                         inter-personnel relationships, team spirit etc., through managerial / behavioral
                         inputs.

                  iii)   To  impart  the  latest  knowledge  to  the  employees  so  that  they  can be utilized
                         better.

                  iv)    Conducting apprentice training to fulfill the statutory requirements

                  v)     Conducting of customer care training programmes to ensure customer satisfaction





































                       In order to achieve training objectives of divisions TTC has devided training programmes
               into  in house training programmes and external training programmes.  In house training
               programmes are further classified as below:
                  a)Executive development programmes
                  b)Employee training programmes
                  c)Customer training programmes
