Explosion!

San Diego Woman Magazine was an
exhibitor at the 9th annual Boom Business
Explosion, held in the QLN in Oceanside.
The Business Explosion brought togeth-
er local business professionals from all over
San Diego and surrounding counties for an
afternoon of networking, exhibiting, mar-
keting, mixing, mingling, and socializing in
a “laid back”, no pressure environment with
a high-energy, explosive atmosphere!
It was a great event that mixed a mini
conference with a business expo. One of
our recent Cover Girls, Sarita Maybin, was
a speaker at the event and spent time at our
booth meeting our readers.

Mega Mixer

How many hats do women wear
daily… weekly… monthly??… SOOOOO
many! The theme of this year’s Business
Women’s Mega Mixer was “One Woman”
and they had some amazing happenings
surrounding that theme, including a fash-
ion show.
While attendees mixed and mingled,
they learned about the many women
throughout history and today who do so
much… not just for work, but daily living,
philanthropy, and more.
“The Business Women’s Mega Mix-
er was a celebration of women’s his-
tory month and fundraiser benefiting
non-profits dedicated to helping women.
Our table was bustling with women
from all walks of life who stopped by to
say hi and pick-up magazines. We met a
lot of amazing women and shared our past
issues with more of our readers.
