ELIZABETH SQUARE GROUNDBREAKING /
ALEXANDER HOUSE RIBBON CUTTING

Exciting things are happening in Downtown Silver Spring!
Edgewood Management was thrilled to celebrate the ground-
breaking ceremony of Elizabeth House III in November. The
property will be located in Elizabeth Square alongside its
sister community, Alexander House Apartments. Alexander
House shared in the ceremonies with a ribbon cutting to
commemorate the high-rise community’s spectacular interior
and exterior renovations. Thank you Housing Opportunities
Commission for inviting us to share in this momentous occasion.

Our Vantage team celebrated the beautiful community
of Harlow DC at its ribbon cutting ceremony in October.
Opening in late winter, lease-up for this property was
completed in record-time, taking just 7 months! The event
was held with our stakeholders—DCHA, Brookfield Properties
and Urban Atlantic. Thank you to everyone who worked
tirelessly to make this event a great success.

HOC LEASING EVENT
The Housing Opportunities Commission’s Leasing Event
provided a great opportunity to connect with potential
residents of Fenton, Elizabeth Square and Alexander House.
