When the input voltage is applied between inverting terminal and
ground terminal and then the positive terminal (non-inverting
terminal) is connected to the ground and the circuit is called inverting
amplifier.
When inverting amplifier is grounded through Z and signal voltage

is applied between non-inverting terminal and ground, then the
circuit is called non-inverting amplifier.

As the voltage gain of an OP-AMP is very high (-10 ) and the
maximum value of output voltage is 10V, so the potential difference
between the negative terminal G and ground terminal is very small,

usually of the order of 10 V, i.e. V is almost zero.

can be assumed to be virtual ground apparently. Thus, current
