Client also understands that Consultant is rarely available on short notice, and messages or faxes may be answered after several days, and telephone conferences require advance scheduling. Communication by fax and response provided by fax preferred when possible. 2) Should additional in-person meetings or telephone consulting re: business matters outside the parameters of this Work be required by Client, Consultant%u2019s published hourly or daily fees apply. 3) Vendor recommendations may be made by Consultant to Client involving vendors in which Consultant has ownership or interest or from which Consultant receives fees, commissions or other compensation. Such details will not be disclosed. 4) Minor %u201ctweaking%u201d and freshening of copy based on results is available without additional fees under the royalty payments.
