RedcoTM NYLON & PHENOLIC KILN CART BUSHINGS
RedcoTM Nylon kiln wheel bushings are heat stabilized and long-wearing to withstand high temperature environments up to 24,000 lbs per cart. High load bearing and self lubricating grades are available to suit individual applications.
For use with loads in excess of 30,000 lbs per cart; self lubricating RedcoTM Phenolic is the most optimal material for bearings and bushings.
Bushings are available in a variety of sizes and grades.

In 1972, Redwood Plastics and Rubber installed the first Redco Nylon Kiln Cart Bushings, replacing bronze bearings for longer wear life and reduced lubrication maintenance. Later, we introduced Redco Industrial Laminated Kiln Cart Bushings to withstand higher loads and higher tempueratures.
