Clarity means presenting ideas in a simple and direct way. Writers should avoid unnecessary

repetition, use understandable vocabulary, and focus on one main idea in each paragraph.

Visual elements such as images, tables, and charts help clarify information and make the

document more attractive. However, they should be used moderately so they do not distract the

reader.

Visual hierarchy refers to arranging information so that readers can easily identify what is most

important. This can be achieved by using different heading sizes and bold text to highlight key

points.
