Billing and payment
 Receive an email when a new bill is posted online.
 Download current bills or view a 12-month history of past bills.
 Review and adjust policy and billing information. If you prefer,
you can submit your payroll deduction file, and we’ll do the rest.
 Schedule or submit your payment through our secure online
payment service.
Employee administration
 Update employees’ personal information.
 Cancel a policy.
 Report leave of absences.

Policyholder services
Your employees can manage their policies through ColonialLife.com. They can:
 File claims online easily through our eClaims feature.
 Check claim status and download claim forms.
 Request claim benefit payments to be deposited directly into their
bank account.
 View policy information.
