INTEREST FOLLOW-UP PROCESS


        The below options and scripts will be used to ensure that clients and customers get the best experience possible and
        that we at Highland Capital will represent your agency to the highest standards.  We appreciate the opportunity to assist
        you in the process of providing your clients a very important product to their family’s financial wellbeing.  In order to do
        so, we need to ask a couple of questions:


        Below is the Timeframe we will utilize to respond to interested parties:

            Day 1
               Initial Email
               Phone call after 30 minutes and before 2 hours

            Day 2
               Phone call approx. same time as original lead came though

            Day 3
               Email approx. same time as original lead – Follow up email

            Day 4
               Phone call approx. same time as original lead
               Final follow up email
