Executive Team Profiles












                            MARTIN LENOIR – Chief Operating Officer/Chief Marketing Officer

                            As chief operating officer, Martin is focused on making sure AAG’s key initiatives are well resourced and managed to
                            ensure that the company delivers on its transformation into a senior home equity solutions provider. In his chief marketing
                            officer role, Martin is responsible for the entire enterprise-wide marketing function, including call center operations, digital
                            marketing, marketing operations, lead generation, financials, and analytics. Martin joined AAG in 2014 after leading several
                            blue-chip companies in similar executive roles. Martin earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of
                            Pennsylvania and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.





                            MATT ENGEL – Chief Financial Officer
                            As chief financial officer, Matt is responsible for the finance, treasury, capital markets, servicing and accounting aspects of
                            the company. Matt has 24 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting in both the public and private arena.
                            Before joining AAG in April 2014, he served as executive vice president for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, a commercial real
                            estate services company. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and is a
                            certified public accountant (inactive, Missouri).






                            PAUL FIORE – Chief Retail Sales & Operations Officer
                            As chief retail sales and operations officer, Paul oversees sales and operations for AAG’s centralized retail sales channel.
                            Since joining the company in 2009 as executive vice president of retail sales, Paul has helped transform AAG into the largest
                            retail originator in the industry. Before joining AAG, Paul was the chief learning officer at Senior Lending Network (World
                            Alliance Financial). He serves on the board of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association and is a frequent speaker
                            at industry events. Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from the New York Institute of Technology.






                            MICHAEL JOSEPHS – Chief Information Officer
                            As chief information officer, Michael is responsible for the mission-critical technology platforms that support the company’s
                            business, ensuring the safety and security of its systems and the data that runs on them. He also oversees the execution of
                            key initiatives to further scale, optimize, and continuously improve AAG’s capabilities. Michael joined AAG in January 2016
                            with 25 years’ experience in the technology space.  Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and
                            philosophy from the University of Maryland, College Park.






                            RICK LIEBER – Chief Risk Officer

                            As chief risk officer, Rick is responsible for AAG’s enterprise risk functions, including compliance, licensing, exam coordination
                            and quality control. His focus is to ensure AAG has an effective risk and control environment that can scale as the company
                            grows. Before joining AAG in June 2017, Rick was the senior vice president of enterprise risk management for OneWest Bank
                            and held similar executive roles for other leading financial institutions. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics
                            from UC Santa Barbara and a Master of Business Administration degree from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
