Executive Team Profiles
















                            ED ROBINSON – Acting President & Chief Operating Officer
                            As acting president and chief operating officer, Ed is responsible for the day-to-day operations of AAG, including management
                            of the P&L and ensuring key initiatives are well resourced and prioritized across the company. Ed joined AAG in 2021 with
                            more than 30 years of combined professional and military leadership experience, most recently serving as COO of Genesis
                            Financial Solutions. Previous roles include SVP of Real Estate and Mortgage at USAA, Head of Mortgage at Fifth Third Bank, SVP,
                            Servicing Operations at PHH Corporation, and VP of Operations at Genworth US Mortgage Insurance. Ed earned a Bachelor of
                            Business Administration degree from Temple University and a MBA degree from the University of North Carolina.



                            MARTIN LENOIR – Chief Strategy & Chief Marketing Officer
                            As chief strategy officer, Martin is responsible for formulating and executing key initiatives to drive the business. In his chief
                            marketing officer role, Martin is responsible for the entire enterprise-wide marketing function, including call center operations,
                            digital marketing, marketing operations, lead generation, financials, and analytics. Martin joined AAG in 2014 with 15 years of
                            experience managing high-performing teams and maximizing marketing performance to grow sales. He has driven highly
                            successful direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns for blue chip organizations like DISH Network, New York Life, Kaiser
                            Permanente, and Capital One. Martin earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania and Master of
                            Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.



                            MATT ENGEL – Chief Financial Officer
                            As chief financial officer, Matt is responsible for the finance, treasury, capital markets, servicing, and accounting aspects of
                            the company. Matt has 24 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting in both the public and private arena.
                            Before joining AAG in April 2014, he served as executive vice president for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, a commercial real
                            estate services company. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and is a
                            certified public accountant (inactive, Missouri).





                            PAUL FIORE – Chief Retail Sales Officer

                            As chief retail sales officer, Paul oversees AAG’s centralized retail sales channel. Since joining the company in 2009 as
                            executive vice president of retail sales, Paul has helped transform AAG into the most significant retail originator in the
                            industry. Prior to joining AAG, Paul was the chief learning officer at Senior Lending Network (World Alliance Financial).
                            Paul served on the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association board of directors and has been a featured speaker at
                            various NRMLA and MBA meetings on the topic of effective reverse mortgage sales strategies. Paul earned his Bachelor of
                            Arts degree in marketing from the New York Institute of Technology.




                            RICK LIEBER – Chief Risk Officer
                            As chief risk officer, Rick is responsible for AAG’s enterprise risk functions, including compliance, licensing, exam coordination,
                            and quality control. His focus is to ensure AAG has an effective risk and control environment that can scale as the company
                            grows. Before joining AAG in June 2017, Rick was the senior vice president of enterprise risk management for OneWest Bank
                            and held similar executive roles for other leading financial institutions. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics
                            from UC Santa Barbara and a MBA degree from the NYU’s Stern School of Business.
