Tabatha Addison - VP, Wholesale: With a passion for people
and over 25 years of experience in leadership, sales, and
professional development, Tabatha has traveled the world
facilitating, coaching, and delivering training to a variety
of audiences throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, and Northern America.
Engagement, alignment, innovation, performance, and trust are at
the heart of what makes Tabatha Addison shine. Tabatha’s mortgage
experience began back in 2003 when she was hired to start up the
wholesale sales and leadership training division for NovaStar Mortgage.
After establishing an industry-leading training division, which supported
over 400+ sales professionals, she was promoted to regional vice president
of sales, taking over the top two divisions in Southern California. Tabatha
entered the HECM space in 2013, joining AAG to start up the now thriving
wholesale division.
Kimberly Smith - SVP, Wholesale: As senior vice president
of wholesale lending, Kim is responsible for the production
and growth of AAG’s Wholesale Division. Prior to joining AAG
in January 2013, Kim was the executive vice president of sales
at Generation Mortgage, where she oversaw all sales operations for the
top five reverse mortgage lenders. Kim began her career in the reverse
mortgage industry in 2004 working for Financial Freedom, where she was
quickly promoted to western regional manager of wholesale sales. She
then went on to serve as senior vice president of wholesale lending for
One Reverse Mortgage. Kim graduated magna cum laude from California
Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a major in business
administration and minor in economics.
Fraser Tod - VP, Wholesale Strategy: After a career in the
reverse mortgage business spanning nine years, Fraser Tod
joined the team at AAG in November 2015. Moving to California
from England in 2006, Fraser started a career in the mortgage
business. He soon saw the light and moved to the reverse mortgage
industry with Financial Freedom in 2007 as a national account executive.
In 2008 he moved to Liberty/Genworth as a key member in developing
their wholesale division. He became the wholesale inside sales leader and
while growing the sales team, he developed new business channels and
expanded the company’s market share. After several successful years in
that position, his role expanded to include wholesale production support
and wholesale strategy, helping to diversify the business. Fraser has an
MBA from Pepperdine with an emphasis in leadership. He lives in Orange
County where he has a growing family but still finds some time to play
soccer and cycle.
