RECIPE
                                                                        Ingredients:            Recipe:
         by Jane Smith                                                  3 tablespoons vegetable oil  Heat  1  tablespoon  vegetable

                                                                        3 cups spinach          vegetable oil and the eggplant
                                                                        Kosher salt (optional)  to the pot; cook 2 minutes.

   2  oz  of  London  Dry  Pour the gin into a wine glass filled 3/4 with ice.             by Peter Pan
   Gin                   Top with the tonic.
   3 oz of Tonic Water   Place juniper berries, a lemon wheel and thyme
   Juniper Berries       into the glass.
   Lemon Wheel           *Suggested alternate garnish combinations:
   Thyme                 .Sliced fig, lavender/verbena flower, vanilla bean,

                         lemon  wheel,  juniper  berries.Sliced  peach,
                         thyme, saffron, lemon wheel, juniper berries.
