Golf Cart
RESERVATION FORM GOLF CART RESERVATION DEADLINE: JUNE 1, 2017
GOLF CART ORDER PROCEDURE: Please submit the attached form with a separate check payable to OQHA. Do not mail payment after June 1, 2017. Cost of golf cart is $290.00 for a 2 seat cart or $345.00 for a 4 seat cart. Golf carts will be available for pick-up on Monday, June 19, 2017 after 3 pm. Please observe parking signs for golf carts. A contract for the golf cart will be completed at time of pick- up. Person renting cart is responsible for any damage to golf cart. A separate $200.00 deposit check will be required at the time of pick-up of cart, upon the return of the cart in a non-damaged state, the $200.00 check will be returned.
