STALL RESERVATION PROCEDURE: Stalls will be pre-assigned by the show committee. Complete payment must be sent with your reservations. Telephone requests will not be accepted as a reservation – payment only guarantees stalls. Exhibitors wanting to stall together, please note on stabling list. List owner and trainer’s name. Because temporary stalls must be ordered by June 1st, there will be absolutely no refunds on stalls after June 1, 2017. NO EXCEPTIONS. Stall fees are payable in US Funds only or by Visa or Mastercard. No shav- ings will be provided. NO outside shavings will be allowed. Bags of shavings may be pur- chased for $9.00 a bag, please use separate form and make a separate check payable to: K Bar D Enterprises. No bulk shavings will be available. Stall mats can be rented for the stalls by filling out a separate form
