 Print media advertising is one of the most traditional and trusted forms of real estate marketing
 generally because the sources in which we publish tend to have a longstanding and loyal
 readership. Our involvement in both the weekend Illawarra Mercury Domain as well as the weekly
 Real Estate World Magazine allows us to advertising your property in both local publications
 capturing a high reach exposure across all local buyers over the Illawarra Region.
 With the introduction of digital media and online advertising has allowed us to target more active
 buyers. However if you market your home solely using online property listing sites there is a real
 risk that many buyers will miss your property. The vast number of properties listed online means
 you could be limiting your property’s exposure. When there are a lot of properties listed online
 yours can be easily lost in the mix, especially if it doesn’t appear on the first page.

 Online advertising will never completely replace print; the most effective campaigns always
