2. How many properties does the agency manage at the
moment?

Our agency currently manages approximately 500 properties.

3. How Many properties does each property manager look
after?

Each property manager is delegated a portfolio according to property location and
landlord relationships.

Each property manager has around 125 properties each with a capacity of 160.

4. Is a director/owner of the agency overseeing the property
management department?

Jo Turley is the Property Management Team Leader. Jo reports directly to the
General Manager, John Meddows.

The directors actively work in the business and interact with the Property
Management team on a daily basis. They receive ongoing feedback and reports
relating to the property management team and participate in management
decisions and issues.

5. How many years of experience do your property
manager/s have?

Jo Turley—8 years Real Estate and 10 years in various roles with NSW Police
including supervision.

Vanessa Mather—20 years Real Estate
Melissa Lott—20 years Real Estate
Kylie Davis—3 years Real Estate
Taylor Berkley—4 years Real Estate
