“My mother tongue with art and design is
color. I am a mixed-media artist specializing in printed decorative papers using
the plants harvested from my garden, and off the streets of New York City. The prints are then used for book
art, sculpture, and installation. I
also create watercolors and scanner photography of plants, insects, and nature primarily from the northeastern part of the United States, to articulate my commitment to and love of the natural world that parallels our own.”
