Making a figure using Cuisenaire rods

Let’s make a figure using Cuisenaire rods and find the Cuisenaire rod
that is the same the height of the figure you made.

Material: Cuisenaire rods

1 Prepare the Cuisenaire rods.

2 Look at the given figure and make the same figure using the Cuisenaire
rods.

3 Estimate the height of the figure you made and find the Cuisenaire rod
that is the same height as the figure. Stand the Cuisenaire rod next to the
figure to check the height.

4 Make different figures and find the Cuisenaire rods that are the same
height of the figures you made.

The height of

length of a blue rod

are the same.
