Perimeter of pentominoes
A figure with five squares connected along their edges is called
pentomino. Let’s find the perimeter of twelve pentomino pieces.
1 The length of one side of a square is 1. Find the perimeter in different
ways.
Method 1: Add the lengths of the sides.
