Leslie White, a famous anthropologist stated that Civilization evolves as the amount
of energy harnessed per person or the efficiency of energy is increased. Among
technological, sociological and ideological aspects of civilization, the technological
aspect is important to allow us to overcome the challenges of survival. There are five
stages in the evolution of civilization according to the forms of energy to power
technology.
