Conditions of Odd and Even Numbers
1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, ... are odd and 2, 4, 6, 8, ... are even.
If the ones place is odd, the number is odd. If the ones place is even, the
number is even.
Conditions of Digits in Each Place Value
The characteristics of the digits in each place value are important when
finding numbers that satisfy conditions.
The hundreds place is 4-0=4 greater than the tens place.

The ones place is greater than the hundreds place and the
hundreds place is greater than the tens place.
The sum of all the digits is 4+0+9=13.
