Materials: True-False activity board, 12 Pentomino chips,
5 Dice, Activity chips (Red, Green)
Let’s follow a rule and make a shape of pentomino by rolling five dice.
True- 1. Place the True-False activity board in the middle of the table. Each player takes
False a color set of activity chips.
2. Place twelve pentomino chips on each side of the activity board.
3. Decide who will go first. In his/her turn, the player rolls five dice at the same
time and makes a pentomino shape by connecting the five numbers horizontally
or vertically.
[ Rule ]
. Connect the dice according to the given rule.
- Row: Consecutive numbers
- Column: Same numbers
· Roll the dice up to three times. On the second and third roll,
the players can select the dice to roll again.
· If the player rolls the dice three times and still cannot make a
pentomino shape, the other player takes a turn.
4. Connect five numbers and take activity chips as given below. Then place the
activity chips in the column where the same pentomino chip is placed on the
activity board.

5. Take turns playing the game. The game ends when a player fills one column of
the activity board.
6. The player who places more activity chips above a certain pentomino chip, takes
the pentomino chip. If there are same number of activity chips, do not take it.
7. The player who takes more pentomino chips wins.
