            We have known Joe Akle since 2011 when he was a Director of Oasis Property and managing
            the property rental arm of this company. Oasis Property project-managed major renovations to

            the property which required good financial management, delivery management, acquisition of
            material and supplies and hiring of many tradesmen. Joe played a key role in project-managing

            this big piece of renovation work. We are very thankful for his diligence, honesty, client-focus,
            relationship and general management skills. Since the completion of renovations in April 2012,

            Joe has been managing our property in Nelson Street, Annandale. We were so much impressed
            with his skills and experience, we asked him to manage another property in the vicinity of the
            first property. Very recently he has purchased and is the Principal of the above Real Estate. He

            is supported by a team of very competent & experienced staff.
