Brian brings his expertise and creativity
to our bar menu. Not only does he
deliver the classic cocktails in a
consistent fashion but he provides
unique and delicious recipes for our
signature cocktail lists! Some of my
favorites are the Shawsmo and the
Nancy, both of which are dedicated to
members! He took leadership on our The Shawsmo
first ever Headliners Happy Hour, which
will continue do to popular demand. He
is currently crafting a list of fall signature
cocktails, stay tuned for more
information!
