           Andrew Amador


           Andrew and Isabella have proven their
           leadership and expertise in the kitchen this
           past July. Under Execute Chef Matt Brandt,
           Isabella and Andrew keep the kitchen
           operating effectively and efficiently. They bring
           fresh ideas to the menu and adventurous
           flavor profiles to their dishes. Featured to the
           right are two of their popular Blue Plate
           Specials. Isabela created fried rice with fried                         Pork Fried Rice
           pork and Andrew made fried red fish etouffee.
           I hope you had the opportunity to enjoy these
           specials but if you missed them, no fret, there
           are more tasty dishes to come! We are very
           thankful to have them as part of our team at
           the Headliners Club.
