• Prepare a good bacterial smear
• Use the microscope to recognize single culture and determine the Gram
reaction.
• Use the microscope to recognize mixed culture and determine the Gram
reaction.
You are provided with three Wassermann tubes containing unknown organisms.
• Prepare a gram stain reaction from each tube
• Examine the slides with oil immersion lens
• Record your results in laboratory reports 6,7 & 8
