FDCC MEETINGS / LOOKING BACK
Park City 2025 Annual Meeting Recap
by Tiffany M. Alexander, Lee Hall and Kile Turner
The 2025 Annual Meeting in Park
City truly lived up to its theme —
Go for Gold — bringing together
our fabulous member and their
families for an unforgettable week
of programming, collaboration,
magnificent vistas and
mountain adventure. The energy
throughout the week reflected the
Olympic spirit that inspired our
setting — excellence, camaraderie,
and the pursuit of greatness.
The renowned Stein Eriksen
Lodge and Chateaux provided the
perfect backdrop for the meeting,
an atmosphere that blended
sophistication, comfort, and
creativity. Our festivities began
on Monday afternoon with a New
Member Orientation and Reception
with the FDCC Leadership and our
esteemed Past Presidents. From
there, we all convened on the Odin
Tiffany M. Alexander Lee Hall Kile Turner
deck for a Welcome Reception.
While some left for dine-arounds
on Main Street, our new and nearly
new members joined leadership at
the inaugural New & Nearly New
Dinner in the Chateaux courtyard.
This dinner was such a hit that we
hope it becomes a mainstay for
future meetings.
Our cutting-edge program began
Tuesday morning with Olympian
and law student Winter Vinecki,
who set the informal theme for the
week with her inspiring story of raw
grit and determination. We will
be cheering her on as she vies for
a spot on the U.S. Olympic team in
a few short months and completes
law school next year. Keynote
speaker David McRaney’s insights
into psychology, communication,
and mindset shifts laid the
foundation for the week’s focus on
growth. The day concluded with a
provocative (and a bit terrifying)
look at authenticity and digital
evidence in the age of artificial
intelligence, including more footage
of AI Frank Ramos than most of us
would ever need to see.
On Tuesday evening we gathered
on the Flagstaff deck for an elegant
President’s Reception where we
enjoyed mountain views, golden
light, and lively conversation.
Guests were greeted with song from
the jazzy and soulful Kate Chanson
and a stunning panoramic view
of the mountain followed by a
