Judge Tien speaks around the world about the role of the judiciary and litigation management. She will address how judges and lawyers can promote heroic changes in America.
With its recent decisions, the Supreme Court has recently assumed a central position in American politics and society at large.
Mr. Liptak will present an unbiased, nonpartisan view of the Supreme Court’s past rulings, the leak investigation, anticipated decisions, and how the Court’s actions may affect us
going forward.

Plenary Session: Judge Bernice Donald, United State Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit
The Grand Ole Opry House is the ultimate iconic music venue in Nashville, hosting the most notable and up-and-coming artists in the industry. Join us at the historic Grand Ole Opry House for a true Nashville experience. Start with a VIP guided backstage tour at the home of country music, followed by an encore of hand-crafted hors d’oeuvres in a private event space. To top it all off, a Nashville singer-songwriter will perform a private show for our group. (Travel by bus from the hotel, boxed lunch provided)
Judge Donald is the first African American woman to serve as a Sixth Circuit judge. She will speak to us on “Bending the Arc of Justice: My Life in the Law.
