the James Museum of Western & Wildlife Art. Walk a little further and you’re at the world-famous Salvador Dali Museum. If you didn’t get your Dale Chihuly fix in Seattle, visit the Morean Arts Center for the permanent Chihuly exhibit. For a more hands-on experience, take a glass-etching or glass-blowing class at the Duncan McClellan Gallery.
In the air, you can take a flight in a vintage plane from the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport. If that’s too fast for you, St. Pete also offers hot-air balloon rides or parasailing on the beach. And if that’s too slow for you, you can fly an actual L-39 fighter jet, complete with high “g” maneuvers and aerial acrobatics!
Don’t tire yourself out before the evening activities, though. We will have an outdoor Welcome Reception on Sunday. (Don’t worry about the weather; St. Pete holds the world record for consecutive days of sunshine.)
We will have the President’s Reception on Monday
at a surprise location. Then, we will close out with
an 80’s-themed Casino Night on Wednesday night, featuring prizes and more surprises!
We’ll have a lot of fun in St. Pete, and we’ll learn even more. The program theme is “Leading from Where You Are,” which will empower you to lead your firms, companies and organizations irrespective of your title or place on the org chart. We have three keynotes, a litigation management specialist, a legal futurist, a hero from the Twin Tower collapse of 9/11, and other legal luminaries who will teach us to lead in new and uncertain times. We hope to see you in the Sunshine State!
