FDCC Pillars
Of course, the MCC continues to put out podcasts,
and we encourage everyone to go to Spotify, Apple iTunes, Stitcher, the FDCC website or wherever you
get your podcasts and search “FedSPEAKS” to hear all the latest and greatest podcasts. You will come away with a greater appreciation for our amazing members – guaranteed, or as Mills Gallivan of Gallivan White & Boyd says at the beginning of each of his “Monday’s with Mills” podcasts, he’ll “give you your money back!” As of today, 126 individual podcast episodes have been produced and released, and have been downloaded over 6,000 times. You can hear Federation members talking about:
• “how they are getting it done,” a series hosted by Valerie Kellner of Wilson Elser; or
• listen as Mohamed Bakry of Marshall Dennehy and Natasha Khachatourians of Betts Patterson Mines chat with members who are first generation Americans and how they are maintaining their cultures while also “finding a home”
here in the US; or
• hear Heather Sanderson’s discussions with our international members in the new “FedGlobal” podcast; or
• check out the FedLife “mindfulness” podcast; the managing partners series and many others – all capsulizing the captivating stories of fellow FDCC members.
The Member Communications Committee remains hard at work doing what it does best – communicating and collaborating with FDCC members!
Finally, the MCC is also now in the process of creating a virtual trial-training library. The end product will be an entire series of videos and podcasts to help train and refresh trial lawyers in your firm. Stay
tuned for more information coming on this exciting project. In the meantime, if you would like to join
our committee, or should you have any suggestions or recommendations on other ways we can connect through communications, please feel free to reach out to either one of us. Our amazing network of vetted defense, trial, coverage and corporate counsel paired with our industry members is a repository of an incredible amount of intellectual and human capital. And it is a gateway to exploring and sharing new and innovative ideas to enhance our practices and daily activities.
