several years, and they had not
been used on a large scale by
teachers; but since the COVID-

19 pandemic and the abrupt
change that we suffered, all
these tools were the lifesaver of
teaching methods.

Nonetheless, the technological
advance of education could be
considered a double-edged
sword. Today's students,
especially those with a low-

income level, are having
problems with access to
education because of not
having the right tools or even
access to electricity. In these

cases, academic gaps will
create in the educational
systems of each country, is not
that alarming?

Concluding, technology is a

powerful tool that can support
and affected education in many
ways, both positively and
negatively. It makes it easier for

teachers to create material and
new ways to learn and work
together or highlighting more
the difference between rich
and poor people. Nevertheless,
there is every likelihood that

this new way of education is
going to stay, and maybe we
