Paths a case can take once it is in the trial

division

� Dismissal; � A formal complaint is filed;

� Alternative to discipline; � If an answer is filed, the matter

� Resolution - Stipulation to is set for a Hearing (Trial);

� Transfer to Disability Inactive may move for default and the

the Sanction.

Hearings

�Liability and Sanction is combined into one hearing;

�Hearings are heard in front of a three-member panel;

� Presiding Disciplinary Judge is a member of every

panel and makes evidentiary and legal rulings.
