resources can greatly make up for insufficient
time and funding. Create, maintain, and share
your resources.

What is the Role of the
Attorney

They are the presenters of fact.
They develop the legal strategy that will
put our facts before the trier of fact – judge
and jury.
They are our ‘boss’ but depend on our
education, training, experience, and
expertise to conduct a thorough fact-
finding mission.
