Inquire…Interviews

Contact and personally interview all victims and
witnesses and approved by the attorney.
Use telephone interviews only as warranted
Record all interviews and/or obtain a sworn statement
Ask the Who, What, When, Where, Why and How
Have diagrams or maps ready for each witness
Ask each witness if there are any other persons to
contact and for the contact information
