INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT

Steve Glenn

Steven D. Glenn is the co-owner of Magnum-Diego Priority Services, Peak Process Servers and
Checkmate, Inc. He is a Colorado Private Investigator and former Alternate Defense Counsel
(ADC) Investigator. He is also a co-founder and current President of the Process Servers
Association of Colorado, (PSACO). Mr. Glenn also served on the Board of Directors of the
National Association of Professional Process Servers, (NAPPS), for four years, obtaining the
st
position of 1 Vice President.

He was instrumental in petitioning the Colorado Supreme Court, Civil Rules Committee, to
change Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 4 and was asked by the Committee Chair to sit
on the Sub-Committee to draft the wording for the changes recently adopted. He also
petitioned the Civil Rules Committee to allow Unsworn Affidavits to be used in all Colorado
Courts.

Steve created and teaches the PSACO Process Servers Certification Course.
