are the one that is responsible for asking, so make
sure you asking questions YOU would ask.

Part 2. Conduct the interview

When conducting an interview, there are a few things you must remember:

o You are not an authority figure.
o You do not represent any law enforcement or governmental agency.
o You have no compulsory powers or manners of making someone speak with you.
• It is only through the interviewee’s good graces
that they will speak with you.
