The LEC are seeking a team of CAS students to plan and run a series of group activities for students with a variety of individual needs. In the past we have pre-organized activities for
students to run, but this year we want to try something new / We look for students who are keen to / • Get to know our student’s individual needs and interests / • Plan and prepare
meaningful lunch time activities that will suit a variety of needs / • Support with social interaction • Work with students from year 7 to year 13 / • Include students from JCSRS
Each term we will recruit a maximum of 6 students. Where needed, we will allocate the group to a designated teacher who can help successfully guide you. / In the past we have run
activities such as: / • Reading Wizards / • Coordination Coaching / • Chess club / • Arts and Crafts club / • Dance / • Music / • Games club
We will happily to consider recruiting you as a singular sign up or as a group of friends, please just get in touch to talk this through.
We have a fantastic group of students who are keen to learn and get stuck in with new experiences. If you choose to join us for your CAS we promise you will have a wonderful time
and learn valuable skills for the future.

For fee-based activities enrolment is for the full year unless otherwise specified. Students have a grace period of two-weeks in Term 1 from August 15-28, 2020 to withdraw from the program via LIONeL and thereafter a strict no refund policy applies. An invoice will be issued via
ePayment and must be paid before the student is allowed to start the activity. Absences or missed classes on the part of the students are their responsibility and a strict no refund policy applies. Should the instructor be absent for a class, it may be rescheduled as a make-up class.
Prorated rate is only for those that signed up late to the program. No drop ins will be allowed.
POLICY FOR ACTIVITIES CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER
In the interest of your children’s safety, and in accordance with the guidelines of the EDB and Hong Kong Observatory, lessons will be cancelled in the event of adverse weather conditions. No refunds will be given. Where possible, participants will be advised of rescheduled
‘make up’ classes.
