The possibilities are endless when it comes to what kinds of classes a person can teach or take. Maguire informed me they have classes ranging from Tai Chi, FAFSA help, all the way to guitar lessons. To lead a class, the only qualifica- tions you need to have are your love for that skill and your de- sire to share that knowledge with new participants! Maguire herself teaches a class called Sensory Saturday for kids with sensory difficulties, and it’s been a big hit.
The idea for The Work- shop came to be in December 2020 and really took off about
a month later. Lisa Mure and Cathy Bentwood of The Bridge House came up with the idea in hopes of finding community opportu-

munity space provides excellent opportunities for friendly net- working and building commu- nity within the area as people come together to share their interests and hobbies with one another.
