The Newfound School Dis- trict is proud to announce that Nora Foster has been awarded the Lakes Region Champions for Children award presented by the New Hampshire School Administrators Association.
The Champions for Chil- dren award program began 32 years ago as a meaningful way to recognize New Hampshire citizens who have given dis- tinguished and voluntary pub- lic service to benefit children. Winners must embody, through action, the guiding principles to champion efforts designed to provide the needs of all chil- dren successfully. Their rec- ognition reflects unique and

of the Parent Teacher Orga- nization for five years, a room parent for eight years, and volunteered with the ski and skate winter program for eight years. She also developed the annual Spelling Bee and Science STEM expo. Nora conducted many fundraising activities raising over $85,000 for the school. Nora has writ- ten grants that funded the One Book-One School literacy event and the Boston Museum of Science school field trip. Her fundraising efforts also funded the construction of an outdoor classroom. Nora is truly a Champion for Children

I’s obvious when we know whats working in the Power of God’s presence. So what are we talking about? We’re talking about com- pelling people to come in and join forces in the power of prayer and good teaching for you, your family and friends... we need each other as in unison, we become stronger and become local watch- men for our children, and com- muity and all that goes with that.
The Kingdom of God is work- ing with us to reach out and make known a presence in the area.
