The backbone would be available for municipalities to then tap into that network and run additional fiber optic cable through their municipalities. The Committee has met with UNH staff that manages the IBEAM system, the NH Office of Strategic Initia- tives, staff from our federal dele- gation, and members of our State delegation and have support.
This network would connect to the Bristol broadband network that is scheduled for completion this summer.
The Grafton County Broad- band Committee is asking for support from our fellow Graf- ton County communities to help identify and document broadband gaps and needs in the County. The following link will bring you to the survey:\ https://forms.gle/FvKkZA4xt- KZAoE8t5

ing existing infrastructure. The backbone would be available for municipalities to then tap into that network and run additional fiber optic cable through their municipalities. This type of sur- vey is a critical first step in the planning process of a new broad- band internet network and will be used to guide the Committee’s work in facilitating the creation of a network that better serves the region’s needs.
This survey is meant to es- tablish a baseline of what speed and quality of internet ser- vice is available in the Grafton County region and where, and
whether improved service would be desired by Grafton County residents. Understanding this in- formation is a critical step in de- termining the feasibility of a fiber network in the area.
Your answers to this survey will be confidential. Your survey responses will not be used for anything other than understand- ing the current state of broad- band service in the region.
If you have any questions about this survey or the project as a whole, please contact Carina Park at toc.cp@camptonnh.org.
