If all the women who have been raped / sexually abused
and harassed came forward, people might understand
the magnitude of this behavior. If sexual assault/abuse
was reported when it happened, the police and courts
would be overwhelmed with just the sheer numbers
and maybe people would understand the seriousness
of these damaging criminal acts. It can and does hap-
pen across the board to women regardless of age race
religion etc etc. , it happens in same sex relationships,
families, it can happen to you or someone you love
to your neighbor, your sister, brother, cousin , friend
anyone .

Don’t dismiss it as someone else’s problem, it affects
us all.

It doesn’t have to ruin your life, talk to someone. I did.
