Carmen Bowman, regulator turned educator, is the owner of Edu-Catering: Catering Education for Compliance and Culture Change, a training, consulting and public speaking business. This is Carmen’s sixth workbook published by Action Pact.
LaVrene Norton is Executive Leader and Principal of Action Pact, LLC. A pioneer of the Household Model, LaVrene introduced the learning circle to nursing homes in the 1980s to engage residents and staff in new relationships. She is recognized as the nation’s foremost organizational change facilitator in long-term care.
