                  #3. Be Precise and be specific with the objectives of the program




                                             ACTION/EVIDENCES
               During the Seminar-Workshop on OBE Syllabi making, the College Agreed to adapt
               the following Program Objectives

               OBJECTIVES:
               Upon completion of Nursing Program, the graduates should be able to:


               Demonstrate professional competencies in safe and quality care, Management of
               resource and environment, health education, legal responsibility, personal and
               professional development, quality improvement, record management,
               communication, collaboration, and team work, ethico- moral responsibility and
               development of the student’s aesthetic and cultural values.
               Conduct and utilize research findings in nursing practice in various setting.

               During the Seminar-Workshop on OBE Syllabi making, the College Agreed to adapt
               the following Program Objectives


               INSTITUTIONAL OUTCOMES
               At the end of their ISU-BSN education, the graduate is expected to be:
               I-nnovative
                      Utilize research outputs or evidence-based practice in the delivery of
               nursing care.
               S-killfull
                      Deliver the basic skills expected of a novice nurse.
                      Participate collaboratively with the different members of the health team
               U-pright
                      Aware of the legal, ethical responsibilities in delivering nursing care to the
               patient.
                      Provide culturally, environmentally and gender acceptable methods of
               delivering care.
               R-esponsible
               Perform the role of client advocate in promoting health, preventing diseases and
               restoring health of clients under his/her care.
               N-urturing
               Provide the possible safe and secure environment that may support every client to
               have a better health status and bring the patient to their optimum level of
               functioning.
