Together with its instructional leadership, preeminent roles in research,

intensified community engagement, aggressive thrusts in resource
generation and focus on internationalization, the University is determined in

realizing its vision, mission, and goals. Nowadays, ISU stands as an
indispensable and reliable partner for agro-industrial developments in the

Region in particular and in the country in general, ably supported by all of its
dedicated and committed stakeholders. The Isabela State University is,
undoubtedly, soaring into greater heights.
